Many people tend to choose food in terms of sheer. Fatty foods like fried foods and junk food, high calories more popular than in the healthy balanced diet of nutrients. The body has a certain limit of the digested food substances. When excess eating part will be removed from the body, while the rest into fat under the skin or blood fats, known as cholesterol.
A certain amount of cholesterol is needed by the body. Functions include maintaining the integrity of body cells, make hormones, nerve tissue wrapped, dissolves vitamins, and helps the formation of vitamins. A simple exercise such as jogging, aerobics, swimming, cycling is done in the open air with clean air would be better for the body.. Simply take 30-60 minutes each time exercising. Perform regular exercise because one factor of regular exercise is continuity.
